Besides, the location was great and fantastic for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Outlets Orlando. Plus, it was right by the food area the elevators, obviously Universal studios and also, and premium outlets.

Location: the hotel was next to the parks, obviously Universal studios and orlando. The rooms were spotless with comfy beds, you feel like home.

The staff were a bit rude, didn't expect that coming.

The setting was brilliant, not far from the parks or City Walk, the food area the elevators and all the attractions & restaurants. And it's relatively close to Espetos Steakhouse, ate there once or twice.

I loved location and rooms of this hotel.

The location is ideal, with shuttles to parks every few minutes. My room was spacious and included a refrigerator, which was useful. The pool area was enjoyable and not crowded. The on-site dining offered good quality food. Staff was friendly and helpful. 😊

The room was modern and comfortable, with a nice view of the pool. We really enjoyed the variety of food choices at Pier 8, and the free shuttle transfer to the parks made our trips super easy. The atmosphere was lively and fun.

Housekeeping could have been more consistent.

Staying at Dockside Inn was a fantastic experience! The large pools provided great family fun, and the reliable bus service made park access a breeze. Though some noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after our adventures.

The pool area was fabulous, and I appreciated the fantastic shuttle service to the theme parks-like magic! Not to mention, the room was clean and comfy.

But seriously, charging my card at check-out again reminded me of they were up to some sneaky shenanigans. Did I miss the fine print on 'double your fun'?

I had the best time splashing around in the large outdoor heated pool, which seemed like a mini paradise! The convenient shuttle service ran every 15 minutes, whisking us straight to the major parks without a hitch. And a refrigerator in the spacious room made it easy to stash snacks for late-night cravings!
